Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and process for Repligram subscriptions.

This Refund Policy explains when subscription payments for Repligram may be refunded, how to request a refund, and how approved refunds are processed.

1. General policy

Repligram subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Eligible refund scenarios

We may issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion, in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period.
  • Billing errors caused by a technical fault in our system.
  • Unauthorized charges confirmed after investigation.
  • Material, verified service outage during a newly billed period.

3. Non-eligible scenarios

Refunds are typically not provided for:

  • Partial use of a billing period after plan activation or renewal.
  • Failure to cancel before the next renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately represented at the time of purchase.
  • Issues caused by third-party outages outside Repligram control.

4. Refund request window

Unless local law requires otherwise, refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date. Requests received later may be denied.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@repligram.com with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, charge date, and a brief explanation.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership and investigate the request.

6. Review and processing timeline

Requests are usually reviewed within 3-7 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

7. Subscription cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless your case meets the eligibility criteria above.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is fraudulent, please contact us before filing a chargeback where possible. Initiating a chargeback may lead to temporary account restrictions during investigation.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The latest version on this page applies to future transactions from its effective date.
