These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Repligram, including our website, applications, APIs, and chatbot deployment tools. By accessing or using Repligram, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Repligram. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Service scope

Repligram provides tools to build, configure, and operate AI-powered customer support chatbots for websites and related channels. Features may change over time, including additions, removals, and improvements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Repligram lawfully and only in ways that comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

• Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service operations.
• Do not use the platform to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Customer content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to Repligram ("Customer Content"). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for such content.

You are responsible for chatbot responses, configuration choices, and operational decisions made from outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in certain contexts.

5. Intellectual property

Repligram and its underlying software, trademarks, and materials are owned by Repligram or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you ownership of Repligram intellectual property.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Pricing, feature limits, and plan structure may be updated. Changes to future billing may be communicated in advance where required.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform.

8. Third-party services

Repligram may integrate with third-party providers (for example, payment processors, hosting, authentication, or model providers). Your use of those services may be subject to separate third-party terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repligram is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response quality, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repligram and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repligram and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your use of the service, Customer Content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Repligram operates, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative resolution process is required.

13. Changes to these terms
