Repligram is an AI customer support platform that lets you build chatbots trained on your own content (PDFs, docs, websites). You can embed the chatbot on any website with a single script, offer text and voice chat, and manage conversations from one dashboard.
After creating a chatbot in the dashboard, go to the Install step and copy the provided script tag. Paste it into your website's <head> section. The chat widget will appear in the bottom corner of your site. No coding is required beyond adding that one snippet.
You can upload PDF and DOC/DOCX files, and add website URLs. Repligram extracts text, splits it into chunks, and uses AI embeddings so the chatbot can answer questions from your content. There are per-plan limits on file size and number of sources.
Yes. The embeddable widget supports speech-to-text (visitors can speak) and text-to-speech (the bot can reply with voice). Voice messages use more credits than text messages; see the Billing page for details.
Plans are subscription-based with a monthly credit allowance. Credits are used for text messages (1 per message), voice messages (2 per message), and knowledge ingestion (10 per source). Usage is tracked per team. You can see current usage and limits on the Billing page.
No. You set up a chatbot by entering your business name, category, and description, adding knowledge sources (upload or URLs), and customizing the widget look. The only code involved is pasting the install script into your site's header, which we provide for you.
Yes. Each chatbot has its own install snippet. You can create multiple chatbots (within your plan limits) and use different bots on different sites or pages. Each bot can have its own knowledge base and branding.
