Quickstart

Go from zero to a live chatbot on your site in a few steps.

1. Create an account

Open Sign up, complete registration, and sign in. You will land on the dashboard after authentication.

2. Create a team

Teams group your chatbots and members. From the dashboard, create a team if you do not have one yet. You can switch teams from the sidebar when you have several.

3. Create a chatbot

Inside your team, add a new chatbot. You will set a name, category, and description so the AI matches your business tone. You can refine prompts and settings later under the bot's tabs.

4. Add knowledge (optional but recommended)

Open the Knowledge section for your bot. Upload PDF or Word documents and/or add website URLs. The bot uses this content to answer accurately. Limits depend on your plan.

5. Install the widget

Open Install for your chatbot and copy the script tag. Paste it into your site's <head> or before </body>. The widget loads from your Repligram origin and connects to this bot via its ID.

6. Review conversations

Visitor chats appear under Conversations for the team or for a specific bot, so you can see what people ask and how the AI responds.
