Where to manage billing

Signed-in users can open Usage & billing from the dashboard. That page shows your current plan, usage, and upgrade paths integrated with checkout (Polar).

Plan tiers (summary)

Plans differ mainly by monthly message volume, number of teams and chatbots, knowledge sources per bot, FAQ limits, upload size, and features such as voice and priority support. Enterprise may include contact-sales flows for custom terms.

  • Starter — Entry limits for individuals and small sites; good for trying Repligram in production at low volume.
  • Pro — Higher caps and voice; suited to growing teams.
  • Enterprise — Highest limits and priority support; may require talking to sales depending on configuration.

Exact numbers and prices come from your live billing page and Polar products—they stay in sync when product catalog updates.

Usage

Message and resource limits are enforced against your subscription. If you approach caps, upgrade or trim usage (for example fewer bots or lighter knowledge sources) so visitors are not interrupted.

Account vs. team

Billing is at the user account level; teams are for organizing bots and members. See also Teams & members.
