Tune the widget look, curated FAQs, and how visitors authenticate before chatting.

Customize tab

Under each chatbot, Customize lets you align the widget with your brand: colors, launcher position, and related UI options available in your build. Changes apply to that bot's embed without changing the script URL—refresh the page to see updates.

FAQs

The FAQ section stores structured questions and answers. Use it for policies, pricing blurbs, or anything you want repeated consistently. FAQs complement your knowledge base and are easy for support teams to audit.

Visitor authentication

In Settings, you can choose how visitors identify themselves: for example anonymous chat, email collection, or requiring login. Available modes depend on your plan. Pick the level that matches compliance and support needs.

Voice

When enabled for your account, visitors can use microphone input and hear spoken replies. If the controls do not appear, confirm your subscription includes voice and that the browser allows microphone access.
