Knowledge base
Train your chatbot on documents and web content so answers follow your sources.
How it works
Repligram uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): your uploaded files and crawled URLs are indexed, and relevant chunks are passed to the model when a visitor asks a question. That keeps answers closer to your real policies and docs than a generic model alone.
Sources you can add
- Files — Typically PDF and Word (DOC/DOCX), subject to the upload size limit on your plan.
- Website URLs — Add pages you want the bot to learn from; useful for help centers and marketing pages.
Limits by plan
Starter, Pro, and Enterprise differ in how many knowledge sources you can attach per bot and how large each upload can be. See the feature lists on Billing & plans or on Usage & billing in the app.
Best practices
- Prefer clear, up-to-date docs over huge redundant PDFs.
- Add URLs that actually contain the answers you want visitors to get.
- After big content changes, review Conversations to see if answers need tuning or new FAQs.
