You can open Conversations from the team scope to see activity across bots, or from a single bot to focus on that widget's traffic. Use filters and navigation in the dashboard to move between threads.

- Content gaps — Repeated questions may mean new FAQs or knowledge uploads.
- Training feedback — Share transcripts with your team to improve docs and policies.
Privacy
Treat conversation data according to your internal policies and any agreements with your customers. Only invite people to the team who should see end-user messages.
