Integrations
Connect external services to a chatbot. Start with Google Sheets to capture visitor leads.
Google Sheets integration
Google Sheets lets you export visitor lead data from a chatbot into a spreadsheet. When a visitor submits their details, Repligram can append a new row with fields like timestamp, name, email, and conversation ID.
Before you start
- Your team must be on a plan that includes integrations.
- You need owner/admin access for the team.
- Create a Google Sheet (or choose an existing one) first.
Set up Google Sheets
- Open Dashboard → Team → Integrations.
- Select the chatbot from the chatbot switcher at the top of the page.
- Click Configure Google Sheets (or Edit configuration if it is already connected).
- Click Connect Google and finish Google OAuth.
- Paste the target Google Sheet URL (or spreadsheet ID) and save.
Verify it works
Submit visitor details in the widget and confirm a new row appears in your sheet. If your sheet already has headers, Repligram maps values by header name; blank sheets get a default lead header row automatically.
Disconnect or change sheet
Go back to Integrations → Google Sheets for the same chatbot, then disconnect or save a different sheet URL/ID.
Troubleshooting
- If status fails to load, confirm your team role is owner/admin and refresh the page.
- If rows are not appended, re-open configuration and verify the saved sheet URL/ID is correct.
- If OAuth completed but save failed, reconnect from the same chatbot and try saving again.
