Integrations

Connect external services to a chatbot. Start with Google Sheets to capture visitor leads.

Google Sheets integration

Google Sheets lets you export visitor lead data from a chatbot into a spreadsheet. When a visitor submits their details, Repligram can append a new row with fields like timestamp, name, email, and conversation ID.

Before you start

  • Your team must be on a plan that includes integrations.
  • You need owner/admin access for the team.
  • Create a Google Sheet (or choose an existing one) first.

Set up Google Sheets

  1. Open Dashboard → Team → Integrations.
  2. Select the chatbot from the chatbot switcher at the top of the page.
  3. Click Configure Google Sheets (or Edit configuration if it is already connected).
  4. Click Connect Google and finish Google OAuth.
  5. Paste the target Google Sheet URL (or spreadsheet ID) and save.

Verify it works

Submit visitor details in the widget and confirm a new row appears in your sheet. If your sheet already has headers, Repligram maps values by header name; blank sheets get a default lead header row automatically.

Disconnect or change sheet

Go back to Integrations → Google Sheets for the same chatbot, then disconnect or save a different sheet URL/ID.

Troubleshooting

  • If status fails to load, confirm your team role is owner/admin and refresh the page.
  • If rows are not appended, re-open configuration and verify the saved sheet URL/ID is correct.
  • If OAuth completed but save failed, reconnect from the same chatbot and try saving again.
